Other attestation services
When performing attestation services, the certified auditor seeks to obtain sufficient and appropriate evidence to formulate a conclusion aiming to increase the degree of confidence of the expected users, other than the responsible party, in the outcome of the measurement or evaluation performed, against specific criteria.
We determine the scope of the attestation service in consultation with the client. As part of our attestation services, we offer, inter alia, the following:
- examination of the company’s transformation plan (Code of Commercial Companies – CCC),
- examination of the accounting systems and operations of a limited liability company (CCC),
- examination of the fair value of assets contributed to a joint-stock company (CCC).
