HR consulting and incentive systems

Human resources are the most important factor contributing to the development of each business. Therefore, we offer our full support in building personnel management systems. The better each team is managed, the more benefits it generates. Our activities are preceded by an analysis of the human resource management model used at a given company. The degree to which it matches the competencies of both newly hired and current employees is evaluated as well. The analysis also examines the level of employee awareness of the company’s existing strategy and the requirements they face.

Adaptation to a new work environment is a very important part of the human resource management process. Research shows that more than 20% of new hires resign for lack of proper induction into the company structure. Our consultants will develop an onboarding system, introduce the new employee to the company’s team, familiarize him or her with the company’s strategy, procedures and organizational culture.

As experts in bonus systems, we will propose and implement an optimized incentive system, based on the evaluation of the work environment and the specifics of the company’s operations. It will translate into people’s behavior, their productivity and, consequently, business results. A proper incentive system is an excellent management tool helping managers build relationships with employees and reducing employee turnover, which directly affects the stability of the company and its image in the market.

An audit of the existing incentive system makes it possible to assess the effectiveness of the system’s operation and shows its real impact on employee engagement. Ability to identify areas for improvement and recommended solutions is another benefit of the audit process.

The employee evaluation system forms an indispensable part of the human resources management process, as it often plays a motivating role as well. The main purpose of the system we propose is to raise the employees’ awareness of the tasks they are expected to perform, the efficiency of their work, and to eliminate errors caused by the lack of feedback concerning their own work. The internal communication tool used in the company is verified as well.
