Your personal data will be processed in accordance with:
- Article 221 of the Labor Code Law of 26 June 1974 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320) (hereinafter: Civil Code) and Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of 10 December 2018 on employment-related documentation (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2369),
- Article 221(1)(4)-(6) of the Civil Code in conjunction with Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ L 119, 4 May 2016, p. 1, as amended) (hereinafter: GDPR). Data specified in Article 221(1)(1)-(3) of the Civil Code are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
